Initializing the ScriptManager requires the MDI area/manager to be ready with the initial status window.

When initializing the MDI area and setting up the status window we also need the script manager to be set up so that the context can be "switched" when activating the status window.

This is a circular dependency and shouldn't have any impact on using the program.
